B.LAB PHA Perfect Pore Cleansing Oil is a mild cleansing oil formulated with nature derived oil & PHA that washes off dirt and impurities in pores and stubborn makeup without any leaving any residue. Formulated with Jojoba seed oil for sebum control and Grape seed oil to remove sebum that helps rid of blackheads and whiteheads. The cleansing oil emulsifies and melt down unwanted impurities for a fresh and hydrated finish. This cleansing oil is an all in one cleanser, made so that no second cleanse is needed! Suitable for all skin types.
• Jojoba Seed Oil removes leftover oils on the top surface of the skin and removes dirt & impurities in pores while keeping the skin hydrated and smooth.
• PHA allows mild peeling while keeping your skin smooth and hydrated without damaging the skin barrier.
• Grape Seed Oil helps protect from free radicals, remove sebum and reduce inflammation while moisturising and balancing the skin's barrier.

POINT 3 : Skin-Friendly Ingredients
Contains peeling ingredient PHA, jojoba seed oil to control sebum production and grape seed oil to remove sebum. Free of colorants, fragrances and mineral oils.
How To Use
1. Apply a proper amount on skin and massage gently.
2. Add some water to emulsify the cleansing oil, and then rinse off impurities and makeup residue with lukewarm water.

What is the postage fees?
We provide flat rate shipping. No matter how much is the weight of the parcel, the price will be standard.
West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia)
Standard Delivery - RM 4.50
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
Standard Delivery - RM 11.00
We are using J&T or NinjaVan courier service.
How long does the delivery takes?
The delivery will takes around 2-3 days (West Malaysia) and 3-7 days (Sabah & Sarawak) depending on airline’s schedule and custom clearance process.
Currently, we only provide shipping within Malaysia.
Shipping to other international destinations is unavailable at this time.
We will make an update once we are open for delivery to other countries out of Malaysia.
Wrong / Damaged / Defective Items
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any of the following reasons:
- Damaged during shipment
- Incorrect item/type/shade/etc
Please notify us immediately within 24 hours after receiving the item through WhatsApp (+60164433726) or Email Us at email@example.com with the following proof of delivery:
- Sales Invoice
- Picture of damaged / incorrect items
- AirWayBill on the parcel
Without any of these documents you are not entitled for any replacement or refund from us.
Items must be entitled to 14 working days return policy. So please make the returns within 14 working days from the date of purchase.
Request will not be processed for items that were not notified beforehand.
Which courier should I choose to return the parcel?
Customers can choose their preferred courier service. Please provide us with the return parcel tracking number.
What about postage charges for the return parcel?
Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process.
What will I get back after returning the item(s)?
We will either exchange the same item or refund the amount according to the sales invoice to your bank account.
Why I am not entitled for the return / refund?
The returned goods/products will be checked and if the goods/products has been used or intentionally damaged by the customer, it will not be entitled for any refund.
Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, we will process customer’s exchange item / refund within 2 working days after the confirmation.
